You may be eligible to receive benefits under this class action settlement if you are a current Pennsylvania resident who is either a current participant in Pennsylvania’s Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) or participated in the WIC program any time between January 1, 2009 and December 31, 2013 and purchased items on the WIC food list with WIC Checks or CVVs from any Fresh Grocer stores in Pennsylvania.
If you are an authorized representative of an individual who was a participant in Pennsylvania’s WIC program any time between January 1, 2009 and December 31, 2013 and purchased items on the WIC food list with WIC Checks or CVVs from any Fresh Grocer stores in Pennsylvania you may also qualify as a class member in the lawsuit.
If you received the class action settlement notice to the right, you may be entitled to these benefits.
